Founded in 1989 by Saz Yakis, Valley Fab Corp began as a general metal fabrication shop with one employee. As the company progressed into building compost equipment and irrigator reel equipment as its prime product line, Leo Yakis joined Saz in the business. Over the years, Valley Fab has grown to over fifty employees and continues to serve the farming industry, advancing into machinery, structural buildings and other custom fabrications.

In 2003, the Yakis brothers formed a sister company, Newave Tower Components, to serve the cell tower industry. In 2010, they added a distribution warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona to better serve the Southwest.

In 2013, Valley Fab Corp partnered with Workman & Sons to form a joint venture known as Valley Workman to provide an unsurpassed reputation for hoists, flatbeds, dump bodies, trailers and all metal accessories. Today Valley Fab Corp is continually adding more products to its catalog and website for wholesale distribution and manufacturing.
